  • Why wasn't I approved for a loan?

    We understand that it is frustrating to not receive a loan at this time. Our loan decisions are made by an automated system that takes into account many factors, including your loan application and other information. We are always working on improving our policies. We will update you as soon as you are eligible to reapply.

  • Why is your system showing that I still have an outstanding balance?

    Thank you very much for the payment, it takes 30 minutes to an hour for you to be cleared from our system, we also wait for for feed back from the mobile service provider, just kindly be patient you will receive confirmation message from us. For instant clearance you can use our online repayment procedure WebPay.

  • How can I access 30Days Loan?

    The Zamcash 30 days product is not always open on your account. It depends on your salary date.

  • Why have you deducted a k25 from the loan I Applied?

    A k25 fixed loan processing fee is deducted every time one makes a loan application. our clients do not have to travel to access our small soft loan, no paper work or bank statements needed. and our online system also need to be serviced.

  • Do you allow part payments?

    Yes, We actually encourage our clients to make part payments so they do not default or overdue on their loans.you will only receive confirmation of payment after you settle the full loan amount.

  • What happens if I don’t manage to settle my loan on my due date?

    When you overdue on your loan payment, you will be charged a k25 penalty fee plus one percent (1%) of your initial loan amount on the first day. Then everyday that you default one percent (1%) of your initial loan amount will be added to your loan.

  • What are Your Loan qualifications?

    For one to qualify for Zamcash loans, you need to be working under the private sector for a registered company and on a stable payroll, though system is not open to everyone.

  • How do I get upgraded to a higher loan amount?

    The system monitors how well you make payments on time, and automatically upgrades after you have a good credit score.

    You can get a loan if:
    a. You are an Zambia citizen, age 21 to 60 years old and have a valid NRC
    b. Your mobile phone number should be active

  • What documents do I need to present?

    No documents.

  • How much can I borrow?

    We offer loans of between K 2,00 upto K 2,000 *. For new customers the loan amount is maximum of K500. T & C apply.

  • Is it difficult to get the loan?

    No, it is very easy to apply for a loan. You can get loan in 3 simple steps:

  • My application has been approved. When can I receive the money?

    The requested loan amount disbursed immediately after the credit decision process is completed at our end. Normally you should get the money in your mobile money account immediately. In case of delay please call our customer support.

  • Can I take repeat loan? Do I have to upload documents again?

    You can take repeat loan anytime once your existing loan is closed. Simply log in to your cabinet and just confirm your account details again. Your loan amount will be credited into your account instantly. There is no need to upload any document as your data is already stored with us.

  • Will the limit of my subsequent loans be increased?

    Zamcash automatically increases the loan limit immediately after the timely repayment of an existing loan.

  • How can I find out if my application has been approved?

    You can check the status of your application in your Zamcash Loan account. You will get a mail and SMS on the status of your application

  • I have entered incorrect mobile money. What I can do now?

    Unfortunately, in this case you will not receive the money. Please inform our customer Support and we will be happy to help.

  • What should I do if I do not receive Zamcash messages?

    Try restarting your phone. If you still do not receive the messages, check your memory. If it is not enough, clear some space by deleting unnecessary text messages. Check your account balance and SMS service settings. After performing all these actions, request us, on the website, to resend an SMS. If you still do not receive the messages, write to customercare.zamcash@gmail.com indicating the problem, your mobile number and also specify the telephone carrier service.

  • Can I pay the loan before my due date?

    Yes you can make a payment anytime before your due date. The interest is charged for the terms of days you have the loan.

  • Is it possible to cancel the application?

    Yes, you can cancel your application until you submit application by logging into your Zamcash account. If you want to cancel the application after submission of your documents, please call OR write to us and we will be happy to help.

  • What will happen if I am unable to make a payment on due date?

    At Zamcash , we understand that sometimes you might be in a situation where you are unable to make a payment on due date. Zamcash gives you the option to make a partial payment of the loan. To know further please call our Support Desk.

  • Can I make a payment in cash?

    We do not accept payments in Cash now. If for any reason your online transfers are not successful, Please call our support numbers for more details

    Do not worry , you can reapply after 30 days.

  • Can I get a loan if I have a low credit bureau score?

    Yes you can get a loan. As part of our responsible lending policy, we conduct a comprehensive credit history check. We don’t decline cases only on the basis of low score.

    Once you close your existing loan, your Next loan is just a click away. All you have to do is log in to your cabinet and Click on New loan and reconfirm mobile money details. That’s it, the credit will happen instantly.

    Zamcash provides quick loans with fully automated online service. Zamcash is our brand name and Loans are provided by Biu Capital Limited , Licensed and regulated by the Bank of Zambia.

  • What types of loans does the "Zamcash" grant?

    The "Zamcash" grants definite economic amounts for the client's temporary use. The size of the loan can vary from K200 to K2,000 . For the use of the service, you will have to pay interest rate type.

  • What are the operating hours of "Zamcash"?

    The service can be used throughout the day throughout the week. It works during holidays and non-working days. The same working hours have our call center operators.
